The Pfaff Ruffler is a very versatile presser foot to own, with it, you can make ruffles or pleats. The settings are adjustable for very fine fabrics or heavier fabrics and you can adjust the depth of the pleats as well as the spacing. The Pfaff Ruffler also lets you ruffle a single layer or ruffle a layer while stitching it to a flat layer. Directions are included.
The standard ruffler fits all low shank models excluding Group J & L models. Group J & L models require the second ruffler option. IMPORTANT! Use the "COMPATIBILITY DETAILS" tab to know which presser feet fit your Pfaff model.

-Models 1229, 1222, 1221, 1217, 1216, 1215, 1214, 1213, 1212, 1211, 1209, 1199, 1197 & 1196 are all high shank. Models that came with Pfaff's high snap on shank can use Pfaff style snap on presser feet. There is no longer any adapter to allow the use of Pfaff snap on feet. Generic snap on and generic low shank feet cannot be used on these models.
