Use the Pfaff Knit Edge Foot is three feet in one!
- Use the Knit Edge Foot with an overlock stitch to seam and overcast thicker knit fabrics such as sweater knits, fleeces and faux furs. The hollowed out channel on the underside of the foot allows this bulky seam to pass through effortlessly.
- The Pfaff Knit Edge Foot is also used for making and inserting 1/4" piping.
- You can also use the Pfaff Knit Edge Foot for sewing on 1/4" beads, pearls and cords.

-Models 1229, 1222, 1221, 1217, 1216, 1215, 1214, 1213, 1212, 1211, 1209, 1199, 1197 & 1196 are all high shank. Models that came with Pfaff's high snap on shank can use Pfaff style snap on presser feet. There is no longer any adapter to allow the use of Pfaff snap on feet. Generic snap on and generic low shank feet cannot be used on these models.
