Use the Pfaff Fancy Stitch Foot #1A when sewing decorative stitches with the use of the Dual Feed such as when quilting. The recessed channel on the sole allows dense decorative stitches to pass easily.

-Models 1229, 1222, 1221, 1217, 1216, 1215, 1214, 1213, 1212, 1211, 1209, 1199, 1197 & 1196 are all high shank. Models that came with Pfaff's high snap on shank can use Pfaff style snap on presser feet. There is no longer any adapter to allow the use of Pfaff snap on feet. Generic snap on and generic low shank feet cannot be used on these models.
