The Pfaff Blindhem/Overlock Foot #3 is designed for sewing a perfectly invisible hem. Adjust the red guide to any position to catch just a thread or two of the hem fold so that the hem is truly invisible from the right side. Use the Pfaff Blindhem/Overlock Foot #3 when sewing overlock stitches as well. The metal pin on the foot keeps the fabric edge from curling as the stitch forms, affording a flat professional edge finish on all fabrics. Can be used with the dual feed.

-Models 1229, 1222, 1221, 1217, 1216, 1215, 1214, 1213, 1212, 1211, 1209, 1199, 1197 & 1196 are all high shank. Models that came with Pfaff's high snap on shank can use Pfaff style snap on presser feet. There is no longer any adapter to allow the use of Pfaff snap on feet. Generic snap on and generic low shank feet cannot be used on these models.
