A Janome Ruffler is a very versatile presser foot to own; with it, you can make ruffles or pleats. The Janome Ruffler settings are adjustable for very fine fabrics or heavier fabrics. You can adjust the depth of the pleats as well as the spacing. Ruffle a single layer or ruffle a layer while stitching it to a flat layer. Directions are included.

The 7mm stitch width ruffler fits both low shank and high shank 7mm stitch width Janome models. The 9mm stitch width ruffler is for all Janome 9mm stitch width machines. Both rufflers snap on. IMPORTANT! Use the "COMPATIBILITY TAB" to know which feet fit your machine.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHANK HEIGHT
Janome has made so many machines, even they do not have a comprehensive list of each model. Fortunately, it’s easy to tell which feet fit your machine.
- Check your shank height using the photo above as a guide
- Know your machine's stitch width, either 7mm or 9mm
- Each snap on presser foot will indicate whether it is a 7mm stitch width foot or a 9mm stitch width foot.
- Screw on feet are available in either low shank or high shank.
--All Janome, Elna & Kenmore machines with a front-loading, removable, vertical bobbin case, your machine uses feet from our Generic category.
--Swiss made Elna machines, you will need presser feet from our Generic category.
--Older Kenmore super high shank machines, we do not have feet available for these machines.
