Makes Flat Felled Seams Easy
Flat-felled seams are extremely durable and well-known as the typical jeans seams, and with the Janome Felling Foot, they are especially easy to sew. They are especially decorative when sewn with contrasting thread! Also perfect for constructing professional looking dress shirts and blouses. Includes instructions.
- The 9mm seam foot is a low shank screw on foot and fits low shank models only.
- The 4.5mm seam and 6.5mm seam feet are for 9mm stitch width models only, they snap directly onto the shank on your machine.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHANK HEIGHT
Janome has made so many machines, even they do not have a comprehensive list of each model. Fortunately, it’s easy to tell which feet fit your machine.
- Check your shank height using the photo above as a guide
- Know your machine's stitch width, either 7mm or 9mm
- Each snap on presser foot will indicate whether it is a 7mm stitch width foot or a 9mm stitch width foot.
- Screw on feet are available in either low shank or high shank.
--All Janome, Elna & Kenmore machines with a front-loading, removable, vertical bobbin case, your machine uses feet from our Generic category.
--Swiss made Elna machines, you will need presser feet from our Generic category.
--Older Kenmore super high shank machines, we do not have feet available for these machines.
