The generic Viking Walking Foot With Seam Guide is used for even feeding of fabric layers. A walking foot has a feed dog that grips the top layer of fabric to feed the top layer precisely as the machine feed dogs move the bottom layer, there´s no more shifting! Great for quilting or matching stripes and plaids. The Viking Walking Foot With Seam Guide is also ideal for sewing napped and other difficult to sew fabrics that tend to creep, slip or stretch while you are sewing. A straight stitch is generally used, though other utility stitch patterns and some simple decorative stitches can also be used as necessary.
The Viking Walking Foot With Seam Guide also includes an adjustable edge guide so that you can easily stitch a chosen distance from the edge of a fabric or from a previously sewn row of stitching. This walking foot fits the following Husqvarna Viking sewing machines: all Designer models, Topaz, Sapphire, Opal, Emerald 183 & 203, Jade, Quartz, Onyx, Platinum, Rose, Iris, Freesia, Scandinavia, Lily, Interlude, Prelude, Daisy, Sew Easy, as well as the 350, 400, & 500 models. *You will need to purchase one of the longer presser foot screws sold below to attach this and other generic low shank presser feet securely to your machine. The screw on your machine is too short to attach generic feet.
Husqvarna Viking Presser Feet
- The genuine Viking feet snap on or screw on and do not require an adapter.
- The generic snap on presser feet will require the Generic Viking Snap On Shank and new longer presser foot screw.
- The generic low shank presser feet screw directly onto the machine with no adapter.

-Models 630, 620, 610, 190, 185, 180, 150, 120, 105, 100, 95 & 90 (groups 3 & 4); all of the genuine Viking snap on feet will fit. Generic snap on and low shank feet will not fit these models.
