Perfect 1/4" seam allowances are easy to achieve with the Husqvarna Viking Adjustable 1/4" Foot with Guide. The built-in guide on the foot keeps the fabric edges from drifting too far to the right, making accuracy in quilt piecing easier. Markings on the foot show you where to pivot for turning corners in quilting or when used in topstitching garments.
What makes this foot different than the standard 1/4" foot and "adjustable" is that the needle opening is slightly wider. This width allows you to move the needle position slightly left or right (up to three positions) to achieve a perfect 1/4" seam. This allows you to sew a scant 1/4" seam or if your machine's needle is not dead center as it should be, you can move the needle to have an accurate 1/4" seam. NOTE: You can use the straight stitch needle plate only with the center needle position. To sew a scant 1/4" seam, you will need to use your standard zig-zag needle plate.

Husqvarna Viking Presser Feet
- The genuine Viking feet snap on or screw on and do not require an adapter.
- The generic snap on presser feet will require the Generic Viking Snap On Shank and new longer presser foot screw.
- The generic low shank presser feet screw directly onto the machine with no adapter.

-Models 630, 620, 610, 190, 185, 180, 150, 120, 105, 100, 95 & 90 (groups 3 & 4); all of the genuine Viking snap on feet will fit. Generic snap on and low shank feet will not fit these models.
-H-Class 500E, E10 & E20, Huskystar and Husky models use low shank and snap on feet from our Generic Accessories category.
