The circular cutter can be used for cutting out keyhole buttonholes, eyelet embroidery, punching suede and is so necessary for punching holes in embroidery templates. Made with hardened steel blades. 3mm circular cutter and 12mm flat cutter plus wooden cutting block in a reusable clamshell case. For buttonholes smaller than 12mm, place just half of the buttonhole on the mat and cut in two steps.
