The Brother/Baby Lock Ruler Foot is designed to float just above the fabric surface so that you can achieve beautifully quilted effects on your home sewing machine when used with the numerous types of acrylic template rulers on the market. The Ruler Foot is made of sturdy metal and is designed with cutouts on the front and left sides for comfortable viewing of the needle area. The needle is positioned exactly 1/4" from the edges of the Ruler Foot.
The Ruler Foot comes in both low shank and high shank versions to fit all home sewing machines. To determine shank size, remove the presser foot and shank and lower the presser foot lifter. Measure from the needle plate to the center of the screw hole in the presser bar. Low shank machines measure approximately 1/2" and high shank machines measure approximately 1". The Ruler Foot is fully adjustable so that it will accommodate machines that vary from these standards and so that you can position the foot for thick or thin fabrics. Includes instructions.

Brother & Baby Lock Accessories
- All presser feet in this category will fit all Brother home sewing machine models excluding PQ1300 & PQ1500 series models. These models use presser feet in the High Speed Straight Stitch Machine category.
- All presser feet in this category will fit all Baby Lock models, with the following exceptions:
*Baby Lock Molly, Anna, Joy & Zeal models are made by Janome and use the accessories in the Janome category
*Baby Lock Quest, Quest Plus & Serenade models can use Brother/Baby Lock presser feet when you purchase the Brother/Baby Lock low snap on shank.
*Baby Lock Quilter's Choice Pro, Jane & Accomplish models use presser feet in the High Speed Straight Stitch Machine category.
High shank models will use the low shank feet, use the high/low adapter that came with your machine.
