The Brother/Baby Lock Blind Hem Foot has a guide in the center of the foot that the fabric fold follows so just a thread of the hem is caught by the needle giving an undetectable look from the right side. This guide also keeps slack in the thread keeping the hem nice and flat when it is folded open. Includes instructions.
