The Bernette Free Motion Couching Foot is designed to let you sew over cords and yarns as you do free motion stitching on quilts or other embellishment projects. The Bernette Free Motion Couching Feet can also be used for couching on embroidery machines when doing outline quilting in the embroidery hoop. Includes three feet with openings of: 1.5mm, 2mm & 3mm for various sizes of cord and yarn. You can also use the Bernette Free Motion Couching Feet for quilting “ruler work” as they are 1/4” from the center to the outer edge of the foot. Includes complete instructions.
For easy threading of the yarn though the foot, we recommend the needle threaders sold below.

-Bernette models b37 & b38 are made by Janome and use Janome Presser Feet.
-Bernette b77 & b79 models: You must purchase the Bernette Snap On Shank in order to use any of the snap on feet in this category, the snap on feet in this category do not fit the shank on your machine. Low shank feet screw directly onto the machine unless otherwise excluded in the item details.
-Bernette models 330, 410, 420, 430, 440, 680, 705, 715, 720, 730 & 740 can use any low shank feet in this category. To use snap on feet, you will need to purchase the Bernette Snap On Shank. Only the feet that came with your machine will work with the snap on shank that came with the machine.
