-US orders returned to us by the United States Postal Service as being undeliverable because of an error in the address you gave us will require a second shipping charge to re-send to you. Should you choose not to have your order re-sent and request a refund, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
-International orders returned by the postal service as being undeliverable for any reason (i.e.: incorrect address, failure to pay customs or duties charges, etc.) will require a second shipping charge to re-send to you. -Returns will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please contact us using the Returns and Exchanges link. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. Some returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee.
