A: Several variables are used to calculate shipping. Please let our website do this for you. Before you ever finalize your order, you can see the shipping choices in the checkout section. Should you wish to make any changes, you can add, remove or edit your order before you make your payment.

 

Q: Which presser feet are for my machine model?

A: Please see the top of each brand presser foot category, there is a list there to tell you which feet are for which machines.

 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: At The Colorful World of Sewing we strive to provide service and expertise that other sewing businesses cannot. We have found more often than not, when a customer wants to return an item, it is often due to a misunderstanding about the product that we can help you with. Of course, if you still need to return an item, we will help you with that too.

You will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please contact us using the form below. Let us know your concern in as much detail as possible so that we can help you and we will get back to you as quickly as possible to assist you with your return or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in the original packing when applicable. DVDs and software are not returnable, but if defective can be exchanged for the same product. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
