This Foot Stretches The Elastic For You For Perfect Results
The Janome Elastic Guide Foot guides and automatically stretches 1/4"-1/2" (6-12 mm) wide elastic as it is sewn in place, no more guessing and tug of war! The amount of stretch the foot places on the elastic is adjustable for any result you would like, from a light gather to super fullness! Use the Janome Elastic Guide Foot for action wear, lingerie and other elastic insertion techniques. Includes instructions.
The low shank foot fits all low shank Janome models. The foot for 9mm machines snaps onto the standard machine shank. IMPORTANT! Use the "COMPATIBILITY TAB" to know which feet fit your machine.

HOW TO DETERMINE YOUR SHANK HEIGHT
Janome has made so many machines, even they do not have a comprehensive list of each model. Fortunately, it’s easy to tell which feet fit your machine.
- Check your shank height using the photo above as a guide
- Know your machine's stitch width, either 7mm or 9mm
- Each snap on presser foot will indicate whether it is a 7mm stitch width foot or a 9mm stitch width foot.
- Screw on feet are available in either low shank or high shank.
--All Janome, Elna & Kenmore machines with a front-loading, removable, vertical bobbin case, your machine uses feet from our Generic category.
--Swiss made Elna machines, you will need presser feet from our Generic category.
--Older Kenmore super high shank machines, we do not have feet available for these machines.
