The Husqvarna Viking Ruler Foot is designed to float just above the fabric surface so that you can achieve beautifully quilted effects on your home sewing machine when used with the numerous types of acrylic template rulers on the market. The Ruler Foot is made of sturdy metal and is designed with cutouts on the front and left sides for comfortable viewing of the needle area. The needle is positioned exactly 1/4" from the edges of the foot.
The Husqvarna Viking Ruler Foot is a generic low shank foot and fits all low shank models; see the LOW SHANK MODELS listed in the compatibility details. (Emerald 116/118/122 models: you will need to slightly move your needle position to the left). It is fully adjustable so that you can position the foot for thick or thin fabrics.
